The Calls:

As an Inbound Sales Agent you will be taking calls from customers wishing to advertise in Trader Corporation print and on-line publications. You are required to achieve the highest levels of accuracy and customer satisfaction in each call, and encourage repeated business & referrals, as well as being heavily involved in providing customer service solutions.

Target Earnings Range:

$10-12 CAN per hour.
