The Calls:
As a Direct Energy Essential Home Services CSR you will arrange service appointments and provide helping information concerning our customers’ home service equipment (furnaces, air conditioners, appliances etc). Calls are taken 24/7. Peak periods are Weekdays 8 am to 1 pm and 4:30 pm to 8 pm. Saturdays 10 am to 3 pm. Choose a minimum of 15 hours per week.
Target Earnings Range:
Range $15-$18 per hour. Hourly rate of $11.00/ per hour, plus sales bonuses of 3% of service/product contract value.
